Unconditional Support

Starting a health journey can feel isolating and lonely at times. As your health coach I will be right by your side helping you every step of the way. Together we will prepare for and explore common pitfalls, unproductive thought patterns, and plan for those curve balls life throws your way.

Actionable Goals

Meeting our goals when it comes to our health is hard because changing habits is hard! Together we will create and build solutions to your problems and action plans that feel achievable and realistic for you.

My Process

Introductory Call

The first step in our health coaching journey is a 30-minute New Client Intro Call. During this call you’ll be asked to share a bit about what you are looking to achieve and learn about what it is like to work with a health coach. If it feels like a match we will schedule a discovery call and you will receive an initial questionnaire to complete before your first session.

Discovery Session

In order to design a powerful relationship and to ensure you get what you came to coaching will we spend our first session really setting the ground work for your ultimate vision for yourself and develop long and short term goals to work on together.

On Going Sessions

For each of our meetings together we will deep dive into goals, progress, and plans. These sessions will empower you to discover your own wisdom and strength for change and help you create your own solutions to problems that feel achievable for you.
